Are you looking for a Realtor who will be with you from the beginning to the end? I was born in Alaska on a military base and traveled for the first half of my childhood to various military bases as my father served our country just as his father before him. If you are a veteran looking to use your VA benefits, then I am the Realtor for you. I have earned the Military Relocation Specialist (MRP) designation which means that I am trained and experienced in helping veterans purchase homes.
After my father completed his military service, he brought us back to North Central Florida. My family has and presently does live as well as serve the Alachua county community as judges, tradesmen, and business owners for generations. I attended Newberry Elementary, Middle, and High School. After graduating 8th in my class, I went to Santa Fe Community College where I received my Associate's Degree. I know this area well and have personal contacts with many of the best tradesmen and builders in the area. You will find me to be an extremely valuable asset when trying to get your home ready to go on the market, building your new dream home, or finding the perfect land or home for you.
After completing my Associate's Degree, I went on to Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia to complete a BS in Biblical Studies, MA in Religion, and finished seminary with a Master of Divinity. I understand student loan issues. I know how to help you get your credit score higher or repaired in order to get financing after you finish school. I know how to help parents provide housing for their kids while they go through school and then manage or sell that property after.
Since I was sixteen, I have had the privilege to serve overseas as a missionary to Russia, Romania, Hungary, Nepal, Honduras and presently serve to aid orphans and local churches in India every chance I get. My amazing wife was an orphan from India. If you are a foreign buyer or seller you will find my overseas experience and love for other cultures to be just what you need to get your commercial or residential sale or purchase done the right way with respect for you and your culture.
